DATES OF MEETINGS IN 2013/14
THE PARISH COUNCIL
The Parish Council meets every second Monday of the month in the Prestbury Library. Members of the public and residents are welcome, and an opportunity to raise questions or make comments is provided in the Adjournment section, meetings commence at 07.15pm on the following dates:

Meeting of the Planning Committee
Meetings of the Planning Committee are held at 06.30 pm, prior to the Full Council meeting in the Prestbury Library.
Depending on the number of applications, a second meeting may be held in the Parish Office, New Barn Close on the third Thursday of each month commencing at 07.00pm.
Meeting of the Allotments Committee
The committee meets in the Parish Office, new Barn Close at 7.00pm on the following dates:

17 February 2014
24th March 2014 [7pm. Rent Collection meeting at the WI Hall]
21st April 2014
Assets and Playing Fields Committee
Members of the public and residents are welcome to attend, however, if there are specific issues they want to raise it is advisable to contact the Parish Clerek in order that time can be allowed to debate the issues.
Meeting are held in the Parish Council Office, New barn Close at 2.30pm on the following dates.
